Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for joining our community and shopping with us here at Faith Fueled. As a small business start-up, we truly appreciate your support in our brand. We want you to enjoy our clothing, just as much as we enjoy making them. That is why we offer a 30-day window for returns & refunds.

Please review our policy carefully before starting your return/exchange. 

    • All items being returned/refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial and will be shipped back. 

      • Our policy lasts 30 days after fulfillment, if over 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a return/exchange. 

      • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in. 

      • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.

      • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint

      • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted. 

      • If your item included tags, the original tags must be attached

    • Additional Information

      • We offer exchanges on domestic orders

      • For refunds exchanges the shipping cost will apply unless Checkout+ is purchased. 

      • Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

      • Please Note: If you are returning your order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

    • Exchanges

      • If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability

      • If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. 

    • International Returns and Exchanges:

      • At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders

    • APO/FPO/DPO:
